Disney and Your Holidays

Since the arrival of the man in the big red suit is imminent I though it would be fun to show you what type of Disney Ornaments have invaded our Christmas Tree.

Let’s start with some of Disney’s newest property STAR WARS!

Here we find Luke in his land speeder zipping around the tree.

Then there is a Snow Speeder patrolling the area for any AT/AT attacks.

Darth Vader’s TIE Fighter swoops around looking for any Rebels in a sleigh led by eight tiny reindeer.

Next is the Imperial Shuttle – that actually plays the Imperial March – good for marching around the tree when the mood strikes you. (By the way – GO PATS!)

Tinkerbell hides in the tree spreading Pixie Dust to make everything sparkle a little brighter this holiday season.

Minnie shows off her new ring that she received as an early Christmas present.

Lightning McQueen and Mater have decorated their own tree and are ready to play in the snow.

Even during the holidays McQueen and Francesco still like to race.

Have no fear, Buzz Lightyear is here to save any aliens that may have gotten lost in the tree.

The first couple of the Magic Kingdom take a glide on the ice before the big day!

And finally Mickey mans the countdown clock to the most joyous holiday of the year!

How does Disney fit into your holiday decorations?

Happy Holidays everyone! See you in 2013!

I am from the Boston area where I am a drummer from the age of 14. I went to school at Northeastern University where I have a degree in Music Industry. I have always been a fan of all things Disney - having been to WDW many many times since my first visit in 1977. I have also been to Disneyland a few times. (dying to go see Carsland) I am happily married for just about 6 years with 2 little kids (5 - boy, 3 girl, who are both becoming seasoned Disney pro's. My son has already been twice and my daughter once to WDW with many more trips to be planned in the futue!

We have almost a full Disney Tree! For years we collected Jiminy Cricket ornaments, and then signed up for the Grolier Disney ornament club years ago where we were sent several ornaments. I would say we have between 100-200 Disney ornaments on our tree.
